Gonna do an improper review regarding my experience at only aesthetic, the singapore shopping centre branch.

firstly, because i am there on reebonz voucher, i know la, cheap deal mah. so i get cheap service. but i didnt expect it to be a SUCH CHEAP SERVICE. because no matter what, i bought a $188 unlimited CRT package. $188 is no little bit of money okay.

secondly, dont be mislead by the UNLIMITED, they only "recommend" 12 sessions. so it's not unlimited, it's 12 sessions. i have been to jean yip, isis doc for the same type of treatment, more or less, for the same purpose lah, but this one i have got to say, even if i pay $1888, i am still gonna get the same service.

why? because every time i go there, people who paid full price, GOES THROUGH THE SAME THING AS ME

i wont go on with long statement blabbering about their service, just gonna be short and simple point form. because i know many people hate reading long long long long sentences of complain.

1) i made appointment for all 12 sessions 2 months before hand, and i still have to wait 5-10 mins everytime i reach there. first session? i waited for 15mins. like, since we made appointment, why still make us wait? dont they know we have something else to do? 5-10mins is going to screw up our whole day plans u know.

2) when i was waiting, i heard the phone, ALWAYS RINGING. the receptionist is there, but not picking up the phone. that's why everytime i try to call for some urgent matters, the phone is always not through. emailing them will take whole day.

3) dont know if i am lucky or the rest is unlucky, i heard them discussing about how February's appointment is screwed up. the new receptionist apparently doesnt know how to plan appointments, ended up she has to call EVERY customer to have their appointments slot into weird timings like, 3pm. 10.30am. and so on and so forth. LUCKILY my treatment ends in january. otherwise i will be writing this complain letter straight to ... STOMP :D

4) my treatment will last for 20 mins. and for quite a few times, i have to clear up MYSELF after my treatment ends. the first time it happened is because, they left me in the room for 15 mins after my 20 mins treatment ends. i waited, and waited, and yelled "HELLO???" but nobody came. so i removed the equipment on me, clean myself with whatever towel they left with me, put back whatever machine and den, leave.

5) i perspire on the equipment. i believe everyone else before me does. and the equipment looks soggy, and dirty. i cant bear to take another look at the paddings that i removed from myself. too disgusting.

6) when i told the assistant about it, she just said "Oh."

7) first few session, they give me a feedback form to comment. after that few blunders, they didnt give me the feedback form anymore.

8) i have to clarify WHO AM I at least 3 times whenever i went for my appointment. dont they remember?

9) every time i go there, at least 5-6 people are waiting for their turn. hai. they all dont look happy~

i still have got 6 more sessions with them. even if the treatments are sold at discounted price, i wont dare to even go back to them.

Okay, initially is supposed to be doing desserts, but then as me and shaun shop for groceries.. i decided to go ahead and do a 3 course meal.

and impromptu-ing, shaun came up with fantastic things to cook.

and we are done here!

I am always an idiot in cooking.

I cant even crack an egg properly.

But today, this fantabulous chef, taught me how to do it properly.

And i whipped up a great meal for my whole family of 6, and all of them wiped their plates clean.

That shows HOW NICE THE FOOD TASTE.

where all my PERSONAL bags and accessories will be.

a place where i can put my own make-up table and GIGANTIC mirror.

A place where i can put all my accessories out for show and select them as and when i like.

I can walk into that place like a shop, take and put on and leave the house.

HAPPY. that's motivating me to sell everything at a loss.

why is it so hard to understand MEET-UPS ONLY AT BUKIT PANJANG BLOCK 153?

Because these people are so hard to handle, i'd sometimes rather throw the things away than to sell them at cost price.

u can start queuing up at my dustbin, if that's what u really want.

The Expo Mega Flea Market

Okay, i just managed to survive the 3 days of mega flea market at expo.

i will just simply head straight into listing the pros and cons before i state out whatever funny things that happened there~

Pros:

1) fully air conditioned

2) full of food. but they are fried. if u are not a fan of fried food i think u may die of hunger there.

3) spacious~

Cons:

1) the crowd sucks! -.-"

2) the FRIED food stink your things, it stink YOU BADLY also. imagine all your things smell like fried keropok. i seriously think they should stop inviting those fried-ly people into aircon places.

just one second in contact with the air make u smell like oil. just simply by smelling the fried things there gives u headache, nausea, smelly, smelly smelly.

i think smelling in the fried stuffs and oil makes me fatter.

3) the people there are in the touch and go mood. worse is, they eat fried food and wipe whatever on your things.

4) it's at expo. parking fee expensive. travelling makes u want to puke. taxi gives you a hole in your pocket before u even start earning. i think it benefits only those who learns teleportation.

okay, does it turn u off already?

dont be, it might be only me.

hurhurs.

but, if i were a shopper there. i guess i'll be. happy.

mostly people sells new stuffs.

nice and pretty things. but mostly are all over the country already.

"best" part is, the rental is so expensive, whatever u buy in the flea is more expensive than what the malls are selling.

because why? the sellers transfer the rental fee, TO YOU.

HAIZ. disappointment.

i spent 3 days there working like a cow when i can sit so comfortably at my students' house giving tuition just for 3 hours. i get free milo and i still will smell nice after that. another thing is, i get to cheat at car park coupons at my students' place, but not expo.

Scape Flea

Have u ever want to try the flea at scape?

that is on like every weekend.

you can try, but only if u have got plenty of things to sell

the people there are looking for good stuffs, cheap and hopefully brand new.

for choosing lots, because there are so much lots to choose from, here are some hints:

1) dont take the underground ones. it's very stuffy and hot. customers wont want to spend a minute longer standing inside the oven. it's dark, "air-less" and SMELLY. everyone inside is perspiring.

but if u really dont mind, the sales there can be quite good, if u get a better lot. i believe it's balloting for those new comers, to see which stall u get, or if u are a returning vendor, they let u choose.

2) dont take the stalls near to cineleisure. i dont understand why the organiser can pick that space for flea market. because there are HUNDREDS AND TONNES of people standing there, SMOKING. some people are there for like hours like smoking their lives away.

from 12pm to 9pm u are practically smoking yourself also. i would call that second hand smoking, which can be much more fatal. the space there is squeezey, smokey, and there are people practically so pissed off with your stall because it's bothering them.

u go there and see it for yourself, u will understand. i was one of the vendor there, SUAYNESS hit me.

3) choose the stalls near to macdonalds, toast box or gongcha (if it's a not rainy day)

it's not sheltered, but everyone has to walk through that path.

people queuing up will shop. people waiting to pass that place (because it's squeezy) will turn and look at your items. but firstly of course, you have got to sell something NICE AND GOOD LA.

4) just take the saturdays, because there is no one there on sundays. the music schools there doesn't operate on sundays, there will be practically no crowd, no students, NO BODY.

5) dont take the stalls inside scape. there is aircon, yes i know. but nobody will go inside scape. other than the students.

they are renovating that place for a better flea area. so i am not too sure what it will become when everything is done.

but meanwhile, i believe that the smoking area will forever be a smoking area, so by all means, avoid that area~~~

i am preparing for my expo flea next week.

Leopard couldnt change its spots

There is this girl (i called it a girl and not lady because she has not grown up yet) which some people may have a little impression on...

She scammed buyers by selling things that are not stated like description. She packaged her items so discreetly such that, upon meet-up she will just hand the buyer the item, ask buyer for money and ran away without giving them time to check what is inside. Sounds familiar? I know her name, but will put it on hold whether to scream it out and disgrace her, ONCE AGAIN.

Because apparently, her big name has been blacklisted on other blogs.

what happen here is, she one fine day pm me on facebook asking if i still want to share the expo flea with someone.

during that period of time, yes i was still searching for one.

my rental was $338 for 3 days with stall selection, so smart people will know it's 50-50, which means is $169 for 3 days.

and 50-50 would mean, u either take the table space, OR the rack space. in my case, i am renting the table space out and i have already told everyone before hand that it's a table space.

no sane person will give u both, and absorb the remaining $169 dumbly themselves.

but, this GIRL, she bargained for $140. okay, i dont mind, $140, the rest i absorbed. since i am myself getting ONE MORE TABLE by paying $20 EXTRA, by myself.

den she say...

she dont want to be scammed, conned, the parents dont allow her to make full payment. bla bla bla. and so she ask if she can pay $50 first den on the day itself she pay all. (i am so freaking scared that this GIRL will back out, and demand that the $50 to be refunded and things like that, den i'll be totally screwed with bad day because dumb things from dumb people do happen dumbly for no dumb reason) so i warned her, no refunds. but i can foresee such things happening, she will be using her parents to come and threaten me. but hello, i am not afraid? i am way pass the "use parents to threaten me" stage.

if i break the law, CALL THE POLICE INSTEAD. what can your parents do? cane me?

if she back out that day, i will be so screwed can.

they are capable of doing all the bad things.

if u think that i will scam u con u and your parents dont allow this and that, then i think you should just go ahead and book a stall yourself, (PAY ALL $288 YOURSELF LA) since u are so afraid of being scammed, and conned, because u yourself is a scammer. (so be afraid of yourself okay, your mental is imbalance)

so, okay, i compromise and give in. she is just 17 years old. i dont mind guiding her a little.

she promised to make payment of $50 deposit the next morning.

den she asked me what else is she entitled to. i told her "one table and one chair"

and den she told me "i need a rack space also, i wont have enough space if i only get a table" (something like that, i cannot be bothered to be remembering it)

so u want to have a 100% stall space with less than 50% rental paid? NO WAY I AM AS DUMB LOH.

so i told her, "u are paying less than 50%, u cannot be asking for more than what u have paid, if u are not happy with it, u may back out"

DUMBLY, she replied with something like "now den u tell me bla bla bla bla, (with all sorts of weird symbol weird faces)"

which is already what i can expect from an immature girl. cannot expect much.

and guess what, before that i already asked her if she was blacklisted before, she daring told me NO.

so i went to check her up on google and that's all the "shock" i had. (mentioned above already)

the next morning came...... u can expect the expected outcome , she went MIA a little, only until i sms her to rush her for deposit, she come and tell me "sorry i need more than ONE TABLE, i will give it a miss"

I WILL GIVE YOU A PUNCH OKAY.

Okay, i will not get angry.

so, just amused at what girls at their age can do.

but after which, i found a superb young mum who is so easy going, i am glad that immature girl infront backed out.

if u are reading this, u better be ashamed of yourself.

at this age, ladies out there are doing much more reputable stuffs.

u should start learning how to gain good karma before the bad one falls on u.

dont come and waste people's time if you are not sincere in doing it.

rent stall also want to bargain??

Okay all, I'm now at the flea market located at lao pa sat..
It's very hot here, no fans. But pretty spacious.
The crowd is not good.
No sales after than hour.
More people drive pass than walk pass.
The smell of food is everywhere, so u better don't be selling clothes!
Otherwise ur clothes will smell like lao pa sat until u wash ALL of them.

Okay! today i am show casing my accessories and make up corner.

they are not in very neat condition now because there are just TOO many to have them packed nicely in a tiny room of mine.

but i tried my best!

Up first:

my very treasured group of accessories

they consist of gifts from my boyfriend of 6 years.

and some expensive juicy couture, bought from korea's accessories (they are not cheap okay), tiffany and co's bracelet, bracelet from a friend of 10 years, and gifts from mum etc.

these are accessories i treasure super alot, and i wear them out most of the time. like casually grab and wear

these are all the random bangles i have.

need time to pair and match

and my coloured contact lenses and my brow make up kit.

hahaha. and my fake baby g lookalike watch at the side.

at the top left hand corner, there places my Sephora make up palette (okay i am very english oral now)

Then.. there goes all my foundation, glittery stuffs, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, and even tools to make my eyelash longer.

and it freaking works okay.

now my eye lash is 2/3 more than the previous length.

VERY HAPPY!

alot stacked together and placed together so from the picture view u cannot really see everything. like, briefly lah. u dont need to know what i put on my face right.

hahaha

although i have flawless skin, but i dont really have some secret recipe for it.

my tiny accessories, rings, ear rings and necklace.

50% of my accessories are new and untouched.

my hair accessories. okay, actually there is another box of it full filled with hair stuffs but too messy and i dont feel like packing it.

they are hairbands and alot alot of hairbands. and large clips.

i bought a sportband for my blackberry torch
and they sent me one without a slit on the sportband to put my ear piece.

since they described the item as "ENJOY GREAT MUSIC WHILE EXERCISING" (how they hell they know if my phone has great or lousy music)
so i wrote them an email:

hi, i received this item just today and tried it on for my run.
but surprising thing is, this design does not allow ear piece to be placed when the phone is inside the band. how am i supposed to run and enjoy great music when this design of your sport band doesn't allow me to put my ear piece?
funny thing right?
so, please be reasonable, you are selling an item that only allows phone to be placed, and not also enjoy soundtrack, unless u want me to full blast my phone while i run.
please offer me a refund.

Learn to ignore troublesome and irritating customers,
because most of the time (in fact 100% of them) are:
1) buying only small amount of items (less than $9 worth)
2) Time consuming
3) Non-Profitable
4) Energy Absorber
5) Anger trigger

So, if you want to be happy with your online selling job, learn to ignore them.
Do believe that there are some (in fact alot) of other more worthy customers that deserves your time and effort.

Last but not least, People who doesn't read terms and conditions should just be shot.
Why do we need to list them out when u do not want to read?
And when we do not list them out, Why do u insist we should?
Are u being retarded or childish?

I dont know how many of you people are reading this section of the blog,
but i only get to update them when i meet with stupid people/request/demand/questions etc etc.
If you do enjoy reading it, please tell me, so i can be more observant (less ignoring of these) and state them down so you can visit me more often and see the cruel side of blogshopping/selling

i come across, daily, people who asked for swaps.
some of them who sells nice things, like hand made BRAND NEW stuffs,
or typically those who just sell brand new stuffs imported from some where.
pleasure to view their blogs (despite me repeating myself that i dont dont dont dont dont do swaps)
those are okay, but when it comes to people who asked for swaps with their smelly and ugly looking 2nd hand clothes, i get very pissed off and fed up plus *roll eyes*
since when will these people grow up, or rather grow some common sense that it's disgusting to swaps old stuffs for new stuffs?

but sometimes i do take a look at shops who requested for swaps.

Let's say for example one fine day i feel like swapping but at one glance i saw those items i immediately clicked "X" like as if it directed me to a porn website.

next thing is, used bags.
Do those people bring their bags out for war, or do they sit on them daily?
My bags of 4+yrs old dont look like that (except those i seriously tell u i bring them for camp)
and those bags which looked like some used bandage, i WONT EVER take them out to sell them.
$1 maybe some poor girls will buy because their family got no extra cash for nice bags, but if you want to sell your used bandage looking bag for a retail price, i think you shld go and die.
i dont mean YOU, but some of THEM~
worse still, you want to swap your red cross bandage looking bag with my brand new instocks.
You try bringing those stuffs to the Zinc shop, Ink Shop, 77th street or whatever bugis place and ask for swaps.
i see their sales attendant will take the pokey long stick and poke until u die or not.

who knows whose feet perspire like hell inside?
u know even salvation army dont really accept old shoes because bacteria can spread like crazy.

all these dont need teachings, seriously.
they are all common sense.

Another sad customer left because her item was defected. She pulled off the cap of her jelly lens and the whole adhesive snapped!
I wanted to do something but it's not something within my control.
To leave my blog a happy customer
I really recommend them to self collect and check it themselves.. Otherwise for the price I am selling, I can't afford to replace.
Of course I don't mean that customers who take normal postage are unhappy customers lah...
But if u feel that it's ur suay dat whatever u buy will be faulty, of cos u come and check them urself it'd be better.

comparing my fimo sticks' prices with another seller's fimo sticks' prices.
and comment that she(the other blogshop owner) is directing people to view my pictures, so that she can save time not taking pictures, but still earning.
i want that particular buyer to know that (if she happen to be reading)
what she did is low class and cheap.
if she is expecting that i will lower my prices just because of what she said,
that's very very naive and stupid
and to think of an idea of sabotaging other people's blogshop,
she really has got nothing better to do

just today, i received a long time customer's msn msg asking to collect an item today
but she went offline even before i could have the chance to tell her it's absolutely great to come over.
so i tried to find her details in my email, and gotten her phone number!
chop chop, i know where she stays and manage to plan a time for her to convenient come over and collect her bag.

it's part and parcel of a business technique.
however, some people insisted that giving information is a form of intruding privacy.
well come on, if you want to shop online, how could you prevent people from contacting u?

Dragging customer

Alot of customers asked about my supply rates..
and i find that it's pretty irritating, when they inquire so much about "Supplying", ending up they are just taking my pictures and sell.
when they have customers, they will come and get items from me. otherwise, they will just forget it. which i want to emphasis that, this is NOT SUPPLYING. this is what we called, u help me to sell. and u get the difference in prices.

this kind of case, i find it kind of hiralous.
firstly, what do we mean by supplying?
we supply meaning
1) we have wholesales for u purchase
Wait wait. what is wholesales? meaning, u buy min 5-infinity number of the SAME ITEM. u dont call buying alot of things as wholesales, otherwise, every time your mum goes to NTUC, she is wholeselling?
i dont think so right...? do u see her asking the cashier
"Auntie ah, i buy shampoo mop detergent toothpaste and toothbrush, got cheaper or not? wholesale right?"
the auntie will most probaby give u -.-" face
2) we sell to u at a cheaper price than what we are selling by per piece online. however, if u can see that the prices are so cheap to the extent that they are almost cost price, there's no reason why u shld ask me why the rates arent any lower...
3)we sell to u immediately, and u pay immediately.

supplying talks about bulk buying. but not buying alot of things literally.
it may seem like it's a blogshop language.
but i dont see likewise.
this kind of language makes us sounds like, we are dumb.
we should stop doing dumb things, so that in society, people will not keep thinking that blogshop buying and selling are stupid things to do.
if we correct it the way we do things,
we can actually shut boyfriends up when they say online shopping is stupid.

last but not least why this way of selling is dangerous.
imagine one girl, she started taking in sales, but she doesn't have the stocks with her.
this girl, she will keep collecting money. and collect and collect and collect until it became like such a HUGE sum of money.
she dont want to use the money to buy the stocks that her customers ordered.
she want to swallow the money.
she closed down her blogshop and deleted her email
and there goes all the poor thing's money.
this way, so many scams!
also, that girl sabotages shops which use the same pictures as her.

and i replied her
"hi, yes i am a scammer if u think so. hope u can find another seller that sells lesser items"

well
i've never in my 5 yrs of trading online scammed anyone.
i only pisses my customer with nasty attitude.
and pisses them with my stringent meet-up venues and pisses them with my reluctantness to reduce prices
pisses them with my attitude when i replied, because they are simply too irritating themselves.
and lastly, i pissed them because they pissed me back.

so, i guess if you think that i am scammer,
it'd be faster for you to find another seller, than for me to tell you that i am not!

March holidays seem like...

march holidays to me now seems like any other week...
because it doesn't apply to me at all.
so now, i am trying to give as much sales as possible, so that those buyers who are free to move around can be nicer to come over and collect your own purchase!

I've recently listed some gadgets...
and hopefully to find some good buyers
and little did i except that some people actually do want to swap their old and unwanted clothes with my pink camera,
or rather some other things which i have ample.
well,
i was supposed to have some better response, but we cannot really expect too much from a blogshop industry.
however, i was getting nice offer from eBay..
like 10-20% off my initiated price.
which thou i dont want to deal at such prices, would rather keep.
but the response from "trading" and "swapping" people is really a rude shock to myself.

Is bukit panjang really such an inconvenient place to come?
But likewise for me, is a convenient place for me to stay at, and to go to many places..
like see..
to some major shopping centers:
Far east plaza, takashimaya, marina square, plaza singapura, suntec: bus 700 all the way
to shenton way: bus 700 also
to great world city: bus 75
to tanjong pagar area: bus 970
to vivocity: 963
to bugis: 960

to west mall (okie la this is not major): 176

all direct bus and will reach within 1 hour.
can your area have such services?
also to chinatown: 190 direct bus.
and where else u wanna go?

Let's see how many of the lame excuses we have on the blogshop that makes selling abit annoying (but no choice, it's a hobby and a part time job)~

Have you came across customers who always demanded for meet-ups even though they stay like 100miles away from your area?
and all they want is to collect a $0.50 ring...?

for some main reasons, you know why they insist on meeting up
1) they are afraid that you are a scammer.
Scamming $0.50 is pretty fun to some people. and very exciting to see people getting annoyed right. scammers should get a life. but am very happy that stupid people like some scammers are actually jailed for scamming online~~~

2) they are afraid that their parents might know that they are actually shopping online! well, come on what's wrong? i have like 30% of the buyers are parents themselves.

3) they are afraid of revealing their addresses. because you know why? they are badly reputated online. because of what? Back outs la.. MIA la.. ~~Buy~~ Order shit loads of stuffs and siam. or have been really annoying.

4) they don't know how to do atm transfers, or they dont have atm card.
however, come to think about this, it's time young girls learn to use the atm. it's so convenient and fast. internet so chim u also know how to use, let alone a dumb machine that gives u cash.
anyway, in this era, how many students actually DONT HAVE an account? i thought it's a compulsory thing..? either you are foreigner, or u think that all sellers are dumb.

some customers i've met online are... very.... erm... dumb because they think that i am dumb as well.
telling me you transfered the money. and wanted me to send something over to your place. when i asked for a receipt, she/he will tell me "the machine cannot issue receipt"
after that i told her "i cannot mail out without verification that you made payment"
den suddenly, the receipt decided to walk to her house and show itself that it really exist.
customer: oh got receipt le. i forgot i put inside my wallet.

apart from that. i cannot think of anymore because that's so much i could recall.
will update this space when i have came across more dumb reasons.

here is why those people who loves to order shitloads and want to collect like 100 years later is very annoying
1) the things you order now, might just have another customer wanting it and able to make payment like RIGHT AWAY.
and yes, of course u can say i can let other customers buy first. if that's the case, THEN WHY YOU BLOODY ORDER NOW?
2) i have to take 100 years to find the items that fit u and keep it some where so IF you decided to collect it 100 years later, i will be able to find it. if you are ordering like 10 items, i have to spend how much time searching through 10000 items within all my stuffs? Can you be more considerate?
3) and 100 years later, u decided to extinct.
4) after u extinct, i have to put back 10 items back into 10 items' places and make sure that my stock list is re-edited and inform all interested customers that someone extincted and backout.

yah.
if u think it's small case, imagine 10 people like you decided to do it that way.
u can kanna-sai-ly imagine how irritated i can be.

i am going to have dinner now after getting so angry all over again because of some girls who are 18 yrs old outside but 18 months old in the brains.

Full blasting their uncreative email adverts with BIG FONTS continuously repeating their blogshop name and nothing else.
Or rather sent with loads and loads of pictures which takes time to EVEN DELETE.
AND, where does all this people get the whole lot of emails from?
It's SUPER IRRITATING, especially when u want to load your phone with emails and so many comes out to be this kind of adverts.
It's wasting data charges having to load and delete.

Why am I not offering more meet-up areas?

Bukit Panjang is not centralised, it's not near to any Mrt stations, any many hell lot of people hasnt taken a Lrt before.
I wonder that also.
But why?
Let me tell you... Out of so many customers i came across daily...
although some really do BUY ALOT of things
but there are some, who are actually buying like say... $1.50 worth of items, and wanted a meet-up at (eg CCK MRT) the nearest most convenient place.
And for instance, if i agreed i will have to pay a... $0.90 to board the lrt. we cannot transact in the train station, otherwise is another $2000 penalty fine if we got caught..
and so i have to tap out. and it's another $0.90 for me to tap in again and travel back lonely to my far away homeland in bukit panjang.
and in between, let's say the customer is late. for 15mins. i supposed time is money and that should cost like 1 hour if every 4 times i go over, the customer is late for 15 mins or more.
i am not going to count how much money i will lost if i were to continue waiting for late customers..
but let's say if the customer last min wanted to back out. i will waste $1.80 in total.
and let's say if the customer comes. and on time. i lost $0.30 excluding the cost of the item
Tell me. Is it worth it?

Okie, let's also taking for instance that you are buying... $7.50 worth of items.
as all know, my items are already priced to the lowest possible. almost the cost of the items. i sell as a hobby, not really a profitable organisation. where to get earrings for $1 nowadays?
rings for $0.50? where can you find?
so if my cost of the items are about let's say $6.50, i will still carry a lost of $0.80. do u think it's worth it?

asking for discounts is fine. if i can afford to give. i will. but why choose to ask me to go to tampines for a meet-up when all u wanna buy is a $5 worth of items?

as a seller. we have to sell smart. but as buyers, i hope there are people who can shop wisely also.
